VPK Enrollment Steps

How to Register for The Osceola School District VPK?


Registration does not guarantee a VPK slot. Once a school site is full applicants will be considered for the next site noted on the application until all sites are filled.

Registration Steps:

Step 1. Get Certificate of Eligibility (voucher) from the Early Learning Coalition.
Voucher number is required in order to complete the VPK application.

Parents must pre-register online and will receive their issued Certificate via email.To receive a VPK Certificate of Eligibility from the Early Learning Coalition parents must complete an online application and upload required documents at Or visit the Community Coordinated Care for Children (4C) Office located at 2220 E. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway Unit #7 Kissimmee, FL 34744 Phone: (321) 219-6300, Monday - Friday (8:00a.m. – 4:30p.m.)

Step 2. Apply online for a VPK seat at one of the School District of Osceola County (SDOC) sites.
In response to the high demand for VPK slots, please note that the application period will be earlier than previously posted in order to better serve our community.

Application Period - February 12, 2018- March 15, 2018
Applications received after March 15th will be processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting on May 21, 2018 until all sites are full.

I you do not have a printer, please pick up a student registration form at any SDOC school.
Please BRING to APPOINTMENT not before then. Thank you.

Step 3. After applications are reviewed and processed, but no later than April 15th, you will receive a call or email to schedule your registration .

Step 4. Promptly arrive for your scheduled appointment at the Early Childhood Education Center located at 1200 Vermont Avenue St. Cloud FL 34769.

Incomplete or missing documents will result in a delay as you must reschedule.
NO incomplete registrations will be processed.

*Please bring the following documents to your scheduled appointment:

1. Certificate of Eligibility (COE) voucher
2. Original Birth Certificate
3. Proof of Residency (2 forms of documentation are REQUIRED. One MUST BE Lease or Mortgage*)

4. Florida Certificate of Immunization
5. Physical Examination Certificate
