Online Classes

All courses run for six weeks (with a 10-day grace period at the end). Courses are project-oriented and include lessons, quizzes, hands-on assignments, discussion areas, and supplementary links. You can complete any course entirely from your home or office, any time of the day or night.

How to Get Started:

  1. Visit our ALCO Online Training Academy at: www.ed2go.com/alco
  2. Click the Courses link, choose the department and course title you are interested in and select the Enroll Now button. Follow the instructions to enroll and pay for your course. Enter your email and choose a password that will grant you access to the Classroom.
  3. When your course starts, return to our Online Instruction Center and click the Classroom link. To begin your studies, simply log in with your email and the password you selected during enrollment.

Requirements:
All courses require Internet access, email, and Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox web browser. Some courses may have additional requirements. Please visit the ALCO Online Training Academy for more information.



Attention Osceola School District Employees:

Many of these courses are eligible for inservice points. To receive inservice points for these classes, you will need to request supervisor approval ahead of time using the External PD tab that is available on the MyPGS system. 

TO EARN INSERVICE POINTS:  Create the External PD request on MyPGS. Include a copy of the course syllabus that is found on the main course page. Be sure to submit the request to Professional Development at least 10 days before the class begins. Upon approval from Professional Development, register and pay for the class at www.ed2go.com/alco.
